The programmable PCT-1000 hot-air underheater offers high heating power even for thermally demanding PCBs. The actual soldering process can be performed at significantly lower temperatures than before. It is ideally suited for soldering, desoldering, and SMD applications on lead-free multilayer PCBs or PCBs with high ground connectivity, and ensures a short heating time thanks to precise control. The PCT-1000 hot-air bottom heater directs heat, at the set temperature, precisely to the location where the component to be reworked is placed on the PCB. At the same time, the entire PCB is heated evenly to prevent stress.
