Solder cartridge for MX series, 11.18 x 11.18 x 2.54 mm, SQFP 64, 600

SMTC desoldering cartridges were developed for the rework of SMT components and handle everything—assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. For use with the MX-500 /-5000/-5200 systems with the MX-RM3E and MX-H1-AV handpieces. The SMTC range includes tunnel cartridges for the removal of multi-lead, dual-sided components such as SOICs, SOJs, and TSOPs. Quad cartridges are used for removing four-sided packages such as QFP and PLCC; blades are used to enable effective and rapid cleaning of PCB pads.
