With the new, improved 7-button keypad, parameters such as the speed and length of the soldered wire can be configured. Thanks to the integrated counter, solder consumption can also be monitored. In "Continuous Mode," the solder wire is fed while the button is held down. In "Discontinuous Mode," the speed and the amount of solder wire fed with each click can be configured. In "Program Mode," the operator can configure three consecutive feed steps to achieve more dynamic and efficient soldering. Up to five programs can be set. The solder wire feeder is equipped with a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core during feeding.
