Victron's AGM Deep Cycle has a very low internal resistance which allows the battery to emit high currents. The battery is used with advantage in battery banks where converters, bow thrusters etc. are used. The battery is fully enclosed and maintenance free in the sense that water does not need to be filled, therefore the battery should be maintained if the battery is not used for long periods. Always fully charge before, for example, winterizing the vehicle.
The number of cycles the battery can be charged depends on how deeply the battery is discharged.
400 cycles at 80% discharge.
600 cycles at 50% discharge.
1500 cycles at 30% discharge.
