Victron EasySolar-II GX is an all-in-one solar solution that integrates several key components for easy installation and monitoring of your solar energy system. It combines a MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, a SmartSolar MPPT-Tr solar charger controller and a GX device with a 2 x 16 character display in a single unit.
This integrated unit completes most solar power system installations and saves time and money for the user. The display on the unit shows key parameters for the battery, inverter and solar charger, and these can also be accessed and controlled using a smartphone or other Wi-Fi enabled device.
The Wi-Fi feature also makes it possible to set up the system and change settings instantly. The DC output of the SmartSolar MPPT controller is connected in parallel to the DC connection of the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger, and the on/off mechanism of the MultiPlus-II also controls the SmartSolar MPPT.
The integrated GX unit has multiple connectivity options, including a BMS CAN interface to connect to compatible CAN bus-managed batteries, a USB port, an Ethernet port and a VE.Direct port. The GX unit controls both the MultiPlus-II and SmartSolar MPPT with one VE.Bus and one VE.Direct connection respectively.
With access to the VRM app for Wi-Fi, you can easily monitor and control your Victron Energy system from your smartphone or tablet, whether you are using iOS or Android.
