Flux WB35/SOX No Clean, 20 L

Despite its extremely low solid content of only 3.5%, the WB35/SOX flux exhibits high activity. It can therefore be used for processing printed circuit boards of any conventional, solderable quality. Application is performed using a spray fluxer. In practice, it has been shown that, when used properly, washing of printed circuit boards soldered with this flux can largely be dispensed with. In general, however, assemblies soldered with water-based fluxes that are subsequently painted or encapsulated must first be tested for compatibility of the coating media with the flux residues.
