The PHBE has three working modes: Power mode allows you to work with a fixed power level with the option of using protection thermocouples. Temperature mode maintains the PCB at a selected temperature using the control thermocouple and optional protection thermocouples. Profile mode allows the heating rate of the PBCA to be controlled through the use of control and protection thermocouples without exceeding the recommended limits in any application. The device has three recommended predefined profiles: - For 1.6 mm PCB with 2 layers - For 1.6 mm PCB with 4-6 layers - For 2.2 mm PCB with 6 or more layers In addition, it has 22 customizable profiles. Up to four thermocouples can be connected, allowing the operator to work in one of three working modes. It has two independent working areas that define a heating surface of 180 x 277 or 360 x 277 mm (7.1 x 10.9 or 14.2 x 10.9 in) and works with convection technology.
