For the assembly process, the frame is tilted to a comfortable angle. The PCBs are then inserted into the adjustable retaining rails. After the components are inserted, they are held in place by the ESD foam pressure plate, and the frame is rotated 180° for the soldering process. Type 1 comes standard with two adjustable dividers and can be equipped with up to four additional center rails. Type 2 with two adjustable dividers can be equipped with up to four additional center rails. Type 4 with two adjustable dividers can be equipped with up to six additional center rails.
