The DPF-300 is a manual die-cutting system designed to meet the die-cutting needs of small production runs, where the use of pliers could subject the product to excessive stress and where the use of an automatic die-cutting system would not justify the cost. The main feature of the DPF-300 is the ability to change the cutter and the interchangeable guide (patented) very quickly. The special shape of the guide prevents damage to the mounted components. It also minimizes problems caused by stress, breakage, or tearing of PCB fibers. It cuts the isthmus with the same quality as an automatic system, but at a lower cost.
