Ultra Fine Cored Solder Wire
SAC305 alloy No-clean Halogen-free ROL-0 flux in 1 core 6% Suitable for fine micro pitch manual rework application and for extra fine coaxial harnessing. Available in different diameter sizes 0,1 and 0,15mm to fit different small footprint SMT components Generally, a solder wire diameter of 0.2 mm works well for 0402 components. For smaller components, you will need a thinner cored wire. Also available for wire feeding in robotic soldering and also for laser soldering. In this case pls ask for bigger spool sizes.
