Victron Energy SmartShunt 1000A/50mV IP65 is a powerful and robust battery monitor designed to handle high current capacities in harsh environments. If the shunt needs calibration:
Remove all cables and connections from the shunt.
Connect the negative terminal of the battery to the negative battery of the shunt.
Connect the power cable from the plus terminal of the battery to the VBatt + on the shunt.
Click on Zero current calibration in the Victron conect app.

After calibration, ALL load and charge minus can be connected to the System minus on the shunt. If there is no load or charge connected to the battery negative terminal, the shunt will display an error.
