Gys Energy Station – Powerful Starter for 12/24 V Heavy Machinery
The Gys Energy Station is a professional, self-contained starter adapted for starting heavy vehicles such as trucks, construction and agricultural machinery and buses. With its robust construction, built-in smart charger (12 V / 30 A), test function and user-friendly wheel system, it is ideal for workshop and field use.

The trolley is delivered without batteries, which makes it possible to customize the capacity (100–375 Ah per battery) as needed.

Simple manual – Com igång in three steps:

1. Install the batteries
Use 1 or 2 12 V lead or gel batteries (100–375 Ah each)
Connect according to the factory code: Red cable to +, black to –
Place the battery to the right (seen from the back) for 12 V use

Select between 12 V and 24 V
ENERGY STATION FP has no button or knob to select voltage. It selects automatically depending on how the batteries are installed:
For 12 V start: Install only one battery (for each) and use the 12 V output
For 24 V start: Install two batteries and use the 24 V output

Tip: A warning signal and red LED indicate miswiring if the polarity is wrong.

2. Starting the vehicle
Unplug the 230 V cord
Connect the cables to the vehicle battery: red to +, black to –
Turn the power switch to ON
Start the vehicle (max 6 sec. per cycle, 3 min. pause between cycles)

3. Charge the batteries
Connect the trolley to 230 V
Turn on the power (battery indicator in OFF position)
Charging starts automatically and is staggered (30 min/battery)
